1. What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order, please contact us immediately. Our team will investigate the issue and take necessary actions. We ask for your patience while we verify the circumstances. If the error is on our part, your order will be reshipped. In case the issue arises from the courier, we will reship half of the order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reshipment if the error is due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Due to the presence of multiple scam accounts on Telegram impersonating our business, only reach out to @philnagey for inquiries related to Scotch and Coca. Any other Telegram account claiming to be us is fraudulent.
For urgent matters, we may also provide you with a secure communication platform or phone number once we've verified your intent and seriousness.
3. How do I complete payment?
We primarily accept cryptocurrency payments, specifically Bitcoin. Our payment details are as follows:

4. I received the wrong product.
If you receive a package with the wrong contents, please take two clear photos:
One photo showing the unopened package.
One photo showing the contents after opening.
Once we receive these images, we will investigate the issue and, upon confirmation, reship the correct order. You will not be required to return any incorrect items.
5. Can I use my real address for shipping?
While we ensure confidentiality and take extra steps to protect your information, we recommend using a PO Box for privacy and security, especially for sensitive orders. This ensures that the contents of your order remain secure and discreet.

8. Minimum and Maximum Order Quantities
Each product has a minimum order quantity clearly stated on its page. Generally:
Minimum Order: 50 pellets (for products measured in pellets) or 10 grams (for products measured by weight).
Maximum Order: 5000 pellets (for products measured in pellets) or 25kg (for products measured by weight).
If you require a special order outside of these parameters, feel free to contact us, and we can review your request.
9. Sampling Policy
Due to misuse of our previous free sampling system, we no longer offer free samples for our products. We suggest placing a minimum order for any product you'd like to test. This is the best way to sample our products and services.
10. Privacy and Security
We take your privacy seriously. All transactions and communications are handled with the utmost discretion. However, we strongly advise using secure, encrypted email services for all correspondence.
We also recommend taking extra security measures such as using a VPN while accessing our website, especially when dealing with sensitive purchases.
11. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed and shipped. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we will rectify the situation by reshipping the correct items. Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours after placing the order.
